IMPORTANT! Allen Family Charity Auction

This evening while watching the news I heard the sad story of a young family in the area. The father of this family was killed tragically in a motorcycle accident a few weeks ago leaving behind his expectant young wife and two children. I was so sad! The reporter said that a family friend had set up an auction of her own, which you can donate to here, but I wanted to do more to help. I can't imagine losing Chad, he is my best friend, I don't know what I would do without him! So in light of this family's circumstances we are auctioning off three sessions! Please bid what you feel is acceptable and affordable to you, we are not asking regular price, we just want to help this family as best we can! So please be generous, it's not for us. Airshows, lemonade stands, and pies. It doesn't get much more american than that. Thanks Rexburg. These were all shot with film. I'm into that kind of thing now. Sue me. But don't really. But really though.

Julie+Danny {engagement}

Julie and Danny are amazing, genuine, fun people. Julie had been emailing me for weeks telling me how excited she was for their engagement session, and when their session day roller around, what else did? RAIN. And LOTS of it. We ducked in to a cute local cupcake/hot cocoa cafe called the cocoa bean, to wait out the rain and got lucky when it decided to hold off for us long enough to get our shooting in. They KILLED their shoot. We're really excited for their wedding in Bountiful in August, especially because they're getting married in the same place Chad and I did.
